So the time has come for me to shift away from DeviantART. Life's begun to properly take over in an overwhelming form of professionalism.

I'm engaged to the love of my life, and looking for a decent full-time job to live off of alongside her. On top of that, I'm now a writer for Whatculture on the side. It's not the same as writing my own stories, but it helps. I still intend to make many novels in the future, but in a way off of DeviantART so that I can actually make something of myself with it.

I'll still be on DeviantART as a user, adding art to my favorites and such, but don't expect any more content from me. It's been a great run, quieter than I'd hoped, but still great.

So here's the plan for you all. Artist Blue will be returning sometime in 2015, followed by another series. Next to that, nothing is planned. Over the course of 2014 there'll be a few minor changes to the page and my profile in order to indicate that I'm starting fresh, I've graduated and I'm legally an adult, it's a time for new beginnings.

A while back I mentioned that I was taking an impromptu vacation. This is me coming back, however I'm unable to make up for all the lost time, as I've ran out of shareable material. I'll be back to bi-weekly uploads, but I can't make up for lost time, I apologize.

I'm tired, I'm busy. All I want to do is create beauty for others to perceive with their own minds. But lately I've felt like it's more of a chore, especially when combined with the various studies I must do. As the last time I took a break, I'll make up for lost time upon my return, however this will likely be in early 2014, once the second semester begins and I have much simpler classes. It's been nice, and I'll be back soon.
